By using balquisse-living.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by PT Bersama Jaya Dwipa, Bali, Indonesia.

Our pieces

Many of our pieces are antiques or handmade, so small marks, variations in colour and signs of age are part of their character. Photos are as accurate as possible; colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. We accept payment through Xendit (QRIS, bank virtual accounts, e-wallets and cards where available) and by bank transfer. An order is confirmed once payment is received.

Availability

Most of our pieces are one of a kind. If an item sells in one of our stores before your order is processed, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Delivery and returns

Delivery and returns follow our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of the item purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
