Collect your order free of charge from our Umalas flagship store: Jl. Bumbak No.134, Kerobokan, Bali 80363.

Delivery in Bali

Delivery rates are shown at checkout:

• Umalas area: Rp 200,000 for small items, Rp 400,000 for furniture and large pieces
• Rest of Bali: Rp 350,000 for small items, Rp 500,000 for furniture and large pieces
• GoJek: you pay the driver directly on arrival

Bali deliveries leave within 2 to 5 working days. Large furniture is delivered by our own team at a time agreed with you.

Rest of Indonesia

Deliveries outside Bali are quoted individually. After you order, we email you the delivery cost and timing, and your order ships once you approve the quote.

International delivery

Because our pieces vary greatly in size and fragility, we quote each international shipment individually. After you order, we email you the delivery cost and timing within 2 working days, and your order ships once you approve the quote. Import duties and local taxes are paid by the buyer on arrival.

Packing

Lighting, ceramics and glass are packed by hand by our team to travel safely.
